I spent the whole day in the studio today! I was trying to get two pieces done for the new show at the co-op gallery. It will hang on Tuesday and if these pieces are dry I will take them...

I had originally wanted to add text to the images but didn't like it so I painted over it... I will look at it again tomorrow and make a final decision... Titled, "Never Black", and "Never White", because things are always shades of grey in my world.. these are vintage checkers from a fabulous garage sale this weekend.. 24"x 24"

Sally, I visited your site today. Wow, your one of those painting a day people. I thought about trying that but at this point I'm thrilled if I do a painting a week. Your pieces look really good. I'll have to get down to the gallery you mentioned and see what's down there. I must live a very sheltered life since as an artist I didn't know about this gallery. Is it in Ashland? I'll look further for a web site. Great job though. Boy, your husband must be a great guy.

OK, so I found the link to that gallery right here on your site. Thanks for the help.
